2. Services offered in the estimate will not change once started, however upgradation to other plan is possible with extra charges.

3. Payment once done is not refundable, cancellable and non-transferable in any circumstance.

4. Transfer in exceptional case is possible only after the payment of transfer fees of ₹5000/-.
